The problem
Rally tracked stock on Excel sheets and phone calls. When counts didn't match, teams blamed each other, and nobody could prove where the stock went.
What I changed
I split the system by responsibility. Purchase unloads, Store verifies, Line builds, Audit checks, Dispatch ships, Accounts invoices. Every movement becomes a request with a number, an owner and a direction.

Statuses you don't have to read
Most users studied up to 8th grade and work 10-hour shifts. So every status has one colour: green approved, red rejected, orange pending. Items are accepted or rejected with a swipe, just like ticking a paper checklist.
What I learned
Support requests about basic setup went down, and the docs became the most visited part of the site.

What happened
I delivered the admin panel, 8 role-based apps, the full user flow documentation and a step-by-step manual for onboarding floor workers. The whole project went to development as one connected system.
