The problem
Car owners in apartments deal with separate vendors for cleaning, FASTag and servicing, and have no easy way to confirm a cleaner actually showed up.
What I changed
I designed one home screen with six services: Hire Car Cleaner, Steam Car Wash, Search & Connect, FASTag Recharge, Curated Services and EV Zone. SOS sits at the center of the bottom navigation, so help is always one tap away.

Subscribe in a few steps
Add your car once (plate number, brand, model, fuel, transmission), pick a package, see the full price breakup, and pay.
The breakup shows package cost, cleaning balance adjustment, discount, tip and tax, so nothing is hidden at checkout.
A QR code for every car
After payment, each car gets its own QR code, along with its subscription ID and validity. Cleanings are logged against that code, so owners pay for what's actually done.

What I learned
A subscription only feels worth it when the user can see it working. The QR code and subscription status do more for trust than any promise on a banner.
Outcomes
One app for all car needs
Cleaning, FASTag, servicing and EV support sit under one login instead of five different apps.
Pricing users can trust
The full amount breakup is shown before payment, including balance adjustments and tips.
Service you can track
Each car's plan, status and QR code live on one screen, with renewal a
tap away.
